Nevada Mini's (age 8 and younger)
The Sierra Spirit White team is our Mini's Division, where children who
are first beginning their cheer experiences can learn their skills in a fun,
yet competitive environment. There are 2 choices of level for our White
team, based on physical coordination and/or experience.
The White team attends 3-4 competitions seasonally.

Nevada All Star Cheer (age 8 - 18)
The Nevada All Stars are at the instructional level where students begin
preparing for the highest competitive level. Cheerleaders will be
engaging in intermediate level cheerleading skills, with emphasis placed
on dance, transitional elements, and moderate stunting and tumbling
elements. There are 3 different level divisions for the All Star Teams and
a tryout may be necessary to determine team placement. The teams will
travel to 4-5 regional competitions seasonally, with an additional
Nationals.
The Teams are divided into the following divisions:
- Platinum (Ages 18 and younger)
- Silver (Ages 14 and younger)
- Blue (Ages 11 and younger)

SENIOR TEAM - 18 AND UNDER TUE & THURS 6:30-8:30
MINI TEAM - 8 YEARS AND UNDER MON & WED 6:15 - 7:30

Sierra Spirit Thunder (All ages)
Sierra Spirit Thunder is our non-competition team. On this team, the
emphasis will be on skills needed for sports cheerleading and possible
future competition. The Thunder represents young cheerleaders who
wish to begin training for a future on the cheer floor.
The Thunder perform at local events during the year.

Sierra Spirit Snowflakes (Age 6 and under)
Sierra Spirit Snowflakes is our youngest team. On this team, the
emphasis will be on learning basic team skills and having fun.

Sierra Spirit Cyclones (Age 14 and up)
The Cyclones Hip-Hop Team travels to regional dance competitions and
perform elite hip-hop and contemporary dance routines. Previous dance
experience is required for participation on this team.
